Family profiles are managed locally on one iPhone. This version does not include invitations, shared caregiver accounts, or synchronization between family members’ devices. You can export a medication report to share selected information.
You can create family profiles and start with one medication, including its reminders and dose tracking. Free use also includes one note, one doctor contact, one pharmacy contact, and one custom alert. These limits apply across the app, not separately to each profile. Premium removes these limits; monthly and yearly plans include the same features.
Apple Health connects only to the designated device-owner profile. You choose which supported wellness metrics to synchronize, such as weight, blood pressure, and temperature. Children’s measurements are entered manually and are kept separate from the device owner’s Apple Health data. Some integrations require newer iOS versions.
Yes. Selecting a person changes what you see, not whose reminders are scheduled. Medication reminders cover active profiles and identify the person they belong to. Enable notifications for MedsGuardian in your iPhone settings to receive reminders.
Yes. Choose the person whose history you want to share, review the report, and export it from the app. The report reflects recorded medication activity; it does not replace guidance from a care professional.
